10 Back garden door repair

Luke is an exceptional installer and businessman. His communication in amazing and attention to detail is second to none. From the moment I contacted LDM installations he was there from start to finish. Even though he has a large business I never felt my repair was insignificant. Luke and his team were amazing, professional and polite. Arrived early for the job, made little to no mess and were an absolute pleasure from start to finish. 10 Exceptional service - highly recommended!

LDM responded promptly to my quotation request, and were able to install my new door soon after. Unfortunately, due to an error by their supplier, the door opened inward, rather than outwards as planned. Before I could ask about this, LDM contacted me about the problem and they rapidly put plans in place to rectify it. The correct door has now been installed to a very high standard. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Mistakes can't always be avoided, and I believe you learn the most about a supplier by the way that they solve problems when they occur.
