Luke is an exceptional installer and businessman. His communication in amazing and attention to detail is second to none. From the moment I contacted LDM installations he was there from start to finish. Even though he has a large business I never felt my repair was insignificant. The work was carried out at a mutually agreeable time and with little to no disruption. Even though my pug wanted to play with him constantly.

Luke and his team were amazing, professional and polite. Arrived early for the job, made little to no mess and were an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Luke planned the job with us and gave us all the options we could have and helped us choose what was right for us. I would highly recommend LDM Installations and would certainly use them again should I need any more work done.

the overall job on the day was quick with no issues. Dimensions for the cat flap fitting were double checked. Everything worked out fine and I am happy with the end result.

LDM responded promptly to my quotation request, and were able to install my new door soon after. Unfortunately, due to an error by their supplier, the door opened inward, rather than outwards as planned. Before I could ask about this, LDM contacted me about the problem and they rapidly put plans in place to rectify it. The correct door has now been installed to a very high standard. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Mistakes can't always be avoided, and I believe you learn the most about a supplier by the way that they solve problems when they occur. Highly recommended!

Luke installed new bifold doors for us in 2026. We couldn’t be happier with the service. He put us at ease with his advice and went above and beyond during the install to make sure it went right. FENSA docs arrived as promised. Highly recommend.
