On Thursday evening I contacted LDA Plumbing regarding a problem I had with my toilet cistern after being let down by another company. Lee emailed me back and apologised that he could not help me as he was unwell. Lee gave me two different plumbers numbers but they didn’t reply to my messages. Throughout the morning Lee contacted me several times to see if I had heard anything. This afternoon (Friday) Lee managed to come out and have a look at the problem. Job location: PO16Service engineer informed he can attend in a few days, requested photos of toilet leak etc. After sending this requested info, engineer deemed issue was quite serious and said he would attend ASAP. Engineer attended same day and quickly diagnosed fault, carried out repairs. Job done within 1 hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. Highly recommended.10 Mended toilet cistern
