Maybe a straightforward job but very well handled by Lee. Will use again.

Lee came and did two things for us and made a brilliant job. Very kind and helpful. Everything clean and tidy when he finished. Also his choice of the products we needed was excellent.

On Thursday evening I contacted LDA Plumbing regarding a problem I had with my toilet cistern after being let down by another company. Lee emailed me back and apologised that he could not help me as he was unwell. Lee gave me two different plumbers numbers but they didn’t reply to my messages. Throughout the morning Lee contacted me several times to see if I had heard anything. This afternoon (Friday) Lee managed to come out and have a look at the problem. I am extremely grateful that he was able to do that as Lee said the cistern was millimetres away from exploding. Lee has gone above an

Service engineer informed he can attend in a few days, requested photos of toilet leak etc. After sending this requested info, engineer deemed issue was quite serious and said he would attend ASAP. Engineer attended same day and quickly diagnosed fault, carried out repairs. Job done within 1 hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. Highly recommended.

Lee came when he said he would and was easy to communicate with to arrange it. Sorted out my problem efficiently on a very hot afternoon without losing his good humour. Seemed reasonable rates. I would use his company again.
