Very fast response to my enquiry by Lucy. Had an engineer available the very next day. Ethan came promptly this morning after a message with an eta. Very polite and friendly manner and got quickly on with the job. Kept me informed throughout the process and gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing. Unfortunately, didn’t get an improvement as the pipes were too blocked but do have at least one extra radiator working now. Discussed next steps with me and completed the job leaving no mess at all. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Quick and simple service from start to finish. Appointment was scheduled in the same week and replacement shower was fitted to high standard.

After posting the job, within a minute I had a call enquiring about the work I wanted done. The person was friendly and suggested a day during the week, however I requested if he could do it the same day or next day explaining that I work away from home. Amazing, he accommodated my day and time and fitted me in his days schedule. Would definitely recommend a quick response.

LCA were excellent, they gave a reasonable quote and the engineer arrived on time, was polite helpful and really professional. Did a great job and went the extra mile. Gave lots of useful advice on some other plumbing issues we had. Would absolutely recommend them.

The company were fantastic. The " plumbing issue" took place at our elderly parents' property, and we requested a visit within a certain window to ensure one of their children was also in attendance. LCA were more than accommodating, firstly agreeing on a window, and then, before attending, calling to firm up a time (Allowing us to attend). Once on site, the plumber explained everything and kept us fully briefed throughout. We would definitely recommend them.
