I got LCA to look at my boiler and they recommended a new boiler. Works were partially completed while I was overseas. When I returned to the property I found that the flue was not sealed with mortar and cavity exposed. The office were great in fixing the fault one identified. After my annual gas certificate it is unclear if system was flushed as billed. Works were ok but I would advise monitoring their work onsite while they do it. The office was excellent at rectifying faults once flagged.

Fantastic experience with LCA Maintenance from start to finish. Fast response from initial enquiry through to getting the quote sorted, and when it came to installation day the team were brilliant — had five vans on site at once, all working efficiently despite it being one of the hottest days of the year. Genuinely impressive to watch how smoothly a job of that size came together. Really pleased with the finish too — the exterior unit and pipe runs are all beautifully neat and tidy, clearly a team that takes pride in a clean install rather than just getting it done. Would happily recommend.
