  Had some issues trying to buy a house that had alterations made to it. LCL were incredibly helpful in providing an insight to what we needed, providing free advice with no obligation to proceed with the work. We did proceed, we got the report back quickly, it was broken down well, and they were more than happy to provide support over the phone explaining the report. They also provided further feedback and suggestions on acquiring the appropriate paperwork we needed and how we should proceed.

  Structural Report

  We commissioned Lawson Cook to do a structural report following some concerns raised in a Homebuyers survey. They responded quickly to our initial enquiry and communications throughout were excellent. They promptly arranged a site visit and the report followed soon after. We were impressed by the report and the detail it provided whilst still being clear to read and understand. A follow up call offered by George Cook was really helpful in enabling us to be clear on a few points. The service provided was professional, friendly and responsive and we would highly recommend them to you.

  A structural survey.

  Structural plans needed for pre-existing works

  Absolutely amazing service from Lawson Cook. Joe was really helpful and helped me in a timely and really supportive way, when I asked some questions. There was a slight amend needed to the design, and there was no extra charge for this. I was a bit worried about using the services of a company I did not know, but I had no reason to be. I would really recommend Lawson Cook.
