We commissioned Lawson Cook to do a structural report following some concerns raised in a Homebuyers survey. They responded quickly to our initial enquiry and communications throughout were excellent. They promptly arranged a site visit and the report followed soon after. We were impressed by the report and the detail it provided whilst still being clear to read and understand. A follow up call offered by George Cook was really helpful in enabling us to be clear on a few points. Absolutely amazing service from Lawson Cook. Joe was really helpful and helped me in a timely and really supportive way, when I asked some questions. There was a slight amend needed to the design, and there was no extra charge for this. I was a bit worried about using the services of a company I did not know, but I had no reason to be. I have been able to speak directly with Joe (the engineer) who answered all of my questions (of which there were many!). Joe was quick to respond to emails and always at the other end of the phone. Joe never rushed me and the site visit was also not rushed. He gave me time to go over things and discuss. Joe was very knowledgable and gave me options based on what I was asking. The service provided has been professional and I would highly recommend!!

Needed calculation to remove internal kitchen wall to make a nice kitchen/diner. Joe was very helpful and did not need a site visit. Price was very good and was completely easy to work with. Understood exactly what we needed and didn't take long to complete the task.
