  DEPENDABLE AND PROFESSIONAL QUALITY WORK

  From original advice and quote to completion of work this young lady was amazing. Lavinia informed us of the work required, her timeline for completion and managed to complete it. She worked through gale force winds and even rain but still managed to work through it. To see her carrying sleepers, cutting Indian stone etc on her own left me speechless - and she is only slightly built. Our existing patios and the new extension has transformed our garden. A very professional young lady who would be my go to for anything relating to landscaping and general gardening

  Review for quote process

  I met Lavinia when she quoted for my garden redesign job. She arrived at the time agreed and was friendly and professional at all times. She helped me think about the options available. She gave me a timescale for when to expect the quote and sent the figure by text, followed up with a detailed step by step plan by email. This confirmed what we had agreed verbally and set out timescales for the work. We had a telephone call to discuss the job further before I actually paid the deposit, which was really helpful to talk through the steps of the process. I didn’t feel pressured at any point.

  Astro Turf

  We had our front lawn astro- turfed by Lavinia and her co-workers. The hard landscaping was fine. We went away for the night leaving the team to lay and finish the astro turf. When we got back we were devastated, it looks terrible! Edges sticking up and not secured, wrinkles in the astro turf and the joins not sealed properly. We have tried to contact Lavinia but we have had no response so far! Be careful if you use Lavinia, you may be disappointed, just like us!

  I work to hard to have my kindness taken for weakness ! Both neighbours sister and brother have tampered with the lawns for a freebie. I have finished photos to prove otherwise. Please see all other reviews. Clients paid in person after inspection
