  A stunning transformation

  5 stars, 10/10, you name it, Lavinia gets top marks! Excellent communication from the go, explained everything really well, was incredibly thorough, and did a fantastic job. She was very respectful of us and our home and was a genuine pleasure to have around. Our front yard was a chaotic mess before Lavinia came and worked her magic, and i’m blown away by how amazing it looks now!

  Fault finding

  Found numerous faults (unsurprising given the track history with this house) and will be coming back in a couple of weeks to check the whole house and resolve the issues; they left the house safe in the mean time! Great communication

  Now we’ve been using it for a few weeks it’s clear that everything is incredible quality, it’s all absolutely solid and looks great. We had a couple of issues with the 3rd party contractors used for plastering/electrical work that Callum & Mitchel returned to resolve. Overall we’re very happy with the work, not only having use of a room back but having it look so amazing, the luxury rainfall shower lives up its name! Callum & Mitchel left everything neat & tidy as the work was ongoing, couldn’t do enough to make sure we happy, and i’m grateful for their attention to detail on this project.

  New front door

  Really great communication from the start - answered all of our (many!) questions and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision on what we wanted from a new door. The door fitting was unfortunately during a storm but they did a great job regardless of getting absolutely soaked and we’re very grateful for the work. Addressed all our concerns until we were happy, and didn’t take any payment until the job was done so we felt very safe using this company. Also took the old door away which was great and something i’d not even considered.

  We booked Kurtis for multiple jobs in one day and he did a fantastic job on all of them! He went above and beyond and we really appreciated how tidy he left everything as well as doing a neat job on all our lights and wiring. We will definitely be contacting him again :)

  Did a brilliant job and left it tidy - will be using them again! Asked in advance if they could clear the gutters as well for a small extra cost which they did and was greatly appreciated. Cheers lads :)
