  We recently had our garage converted by Peter and his team and are very happy with the result. Peter explained everything clearly from the start and provided a detailed quote. The team arrived on time, communicated well throughout, and helped us arrange laminate flooring and decorating with all costs clearly explained. The work was completed to a high standard and my wife loves the finished space. Highly recommended — we would definitely use them again.

  Roofing and general building work

  Lauderdale Builders carried out a series of roof repairs, window replacements, did some plastering and fitted new fascias and guttering. The price was very good. Work started quickly, it was carried out professionally, was finished on time. Communication was excellent throughout. Mess was cleared up. I would highly recommend these guys and will definitely be using them for any other work I need doing. Builders you can trust. 💯

  More than satisfied with the work that has been done by Pete and the team. Pete was responsive throughout and offered pragmatic advice that helped guide decisions. Communication was consistently clear and everyone on the team were professional, friendly, polite and respectful at all times. The job was completed on time to cost and quality. The team kept their promises and delivered what was agreed/required. The team are skilled at what they do and take pride in their work. Would definitely use this team again.

  Damaged Brickwork

  Peter came to assess some loose brickwork we found after taking off old skirting boards. He came quickly, assessed the situation and put my mind at ease, giving some advice of how to remedy without making the job bigger than it needed to be. Very friendly and helpful chap and certainly be contacting again for future work!

  Prompt and professional builders

  Peter came out to have a look at the gable wall, he explained what repairs were needed & what would be involved to carry out the work. As we were in a rush to get the work done as soon as possible he arranged for work to begin the following week. His son Josh arrived promptly each day with his team & carried out the work very professionally and cleaned up at the end of the job which took 5 days to complete as they partially took down the gable wall and rebuilt it. I was extremely happy with their work & would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you Peter & Josh.

  Garage converted into office

  Pete was quick to come and quote us for our garage conversion and got on with the work really quickly. The job was done efficiently, to a great standard and is exactly what we were hoping for. Pete was always on hand to answer any questions/calls whenever we needed it and couldn’t have done more for us - such a great service thanks so much.
