Pete, Josh and the entire team were brilliant from the initial contact. All communication was clear from planning and providing quotes, right through to completion and supplying the final invoice. Everything was agreed and understood in advance, so there was no worry of hidden charges or last minute updates. The entire team was extremely professional, and they got the job done to a fantastic standard. I couldn't be happier with the work and professionalism of everyone involved. I needed a rotten wooden lintel below a bedroom window replacing and the apex above the window repairing as all of the bricks were loose. Pete explained everything thoroughly to me, what they would need to do and how long the job should take, and then gave me a very reasonable quote. After doing some research and reading the other reviews for his company I decided to go with Pete and am very happy with my decision. They arrived on time and were always polite and friendly and I will have no hesitation in calling on Pete for any future work that needs doing.

Pete explained everything very clearly, advised the best way of doing the chimney breast removal and the staircase replacement, before starting the job and did a excellent job along with his team. He has done everything perfectly and completed on time. We'll highly recommend him.
