Luke fitted engineered wood flooring in two bedrooms for us. The process didn't go as smoothly because of an issue I wasn't aware during the installation, but Luke came back the very next day without hesitation to fix it. He went above and beyond by doing the extra work and even stayed late to make sure everything met my high standards. That level of commitment and care is rare to find, and it made a big difference. Had stair bannisters and hand rails fitted. Luke came out the same day I phoned for a quote and started work within a week. He was punctual and polite and left the work area tidy and clean after the job was completed. Had a great experience working with Latham carpentry on our house renovation project, originally quoted to do multiple door lining replacement but the quote soon grew to include a custom storage unit to make best use of the boxing in above the stairs. Latham Carpentry & Joinery has been running for many years now, during this time I have taken on many different aspects of Carpentry from bespoke made wardrobes and custom made doors to installing solid hardwood flooring.
