Luke fitted engineered wood flooring in two bedrooms for us. The process didn't go as smoothly because of an issue I wasn't aware during the installation, but Luke came back the very next day without hesitation to fix it. He went above and beyond by doing the extra work and even stayed late to make sure everything met my high standards. That level of commitment and care is rare to find, and it made a big difference. Had stair bannisters and hand rails fitted. Luke came out the same day I phoned for a quote and started work within a week. He was punctual and polite and left the work area tidy and clean after the job was completed. I’m really pleased with the work and would use him again in the future.
