  Air Conditioning Installation

  Can't recommend this company enough. The staff are always polite, professional and above all trustworthy. I have used them for a number of years, the latest work being the installation of air conditioning and I've never been let down. Always on time with excellent communication and no hidden costs. Would recommend.

  Great communication & dependable

  Very happy with the service. Jordan was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly while carrying out both the service and radiator repair to a high standard. Communication was excellent, and the admin team were easy to deal with, providing advance notice of when Jordan would arrive. Pricing was very reasonable too, around half the cost of a local competitor. Highly recommended.

  Had an initial assessment that was no charge. I had an intermittent issue with my shower. L&W gave me a quote to hold onto in case the work needed completing. My issue occurred again and L&W came out to fix prompty. No issues since. Friendly, helpful, answered my questions.

  Gas Boiler Service with safety certificate

  After being let down by a company called Smart Heating, I got in touch with L&W who were great, they kept me updated every step of the way, even called with an ETA work carried out with respect to myself and my property, talked me through everything and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I received everything by email and text with a link to login to pay and download invoice and safety cert, felt very professional

  As ever prompt,efficient and courteous service from Stephen and colleagues I have been using this company for any plumbing work ,both routine and emergency situations for more years than I care to remember and would not contemplate changing
