    Fab company and professional services.

    Very impressed with the company, from the friendly and helpful office to Steve who came around to view and assess our needs and fitted the new boiler. Highly professional throughout, Steve was brilliant and very thoughtful in his caring attitude towards my elderly parents who were in residence as the work was carried out. Steve was on time on both occasions when he came. He completed the work very effectively, explaining how everything worked and went above and beyond our expectations. Absolutely superb in every aspect. The whole process from contact to finish was very easy and smooth. Brill.

    Good Service

    I cannot recommend this company highly enough Chelsea in the office is understanding to your problem together with her efficiency and experience she was able to get Steve the heating engineer out to me very quickly and with his expertise identified the fault. He also assisted me with the information I needed for the boilers manufacturer. I would highly recommend this company .

    Excellent service

    I have previous experience of this company which is now my future go to for any plumbing and heating problems. A professional, speedy response with friendly and thorough repairs, jobs needed are fully explained and costs are reasonable. Highly recommended

    Replacement Boiler (system to combi)

    I contacted L&W as I had started to have problems with my boiler. An appointment was made and attended to on time. I sought advice as to what my options where and Ste provided this in an honest and transparent manner. I opted for a replacement combi boiler which meant a fair bit of pipework to convert it from the system boiler I had. The standard of work was excellent and the engineers worked non-stop. Everything was explained fully, and they were very tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend L&W, and I will be using them for all servicing and heating work from now on. Thanks guys!

    Fast response to dangerous situation

    The fast response to a request for boiler not firing resulted in the detection of a gas leak by Steve the plumber at L&W in the wall of my premises.. and so avoided a dangerous situation..we can't be more thankful for his experience and expertise for his advice and help in contacting the gas engineer and the problem was sorted within 4hrs....can't thank L&W enough
