This was the first time I had used L&W. I needed a new garden tap and some pipe work. Engineer Jordan turned up on time for a free quote and subsequently the job itself, with a text reminder to myself. The job was carried out efficiently with no fuss or mess and as per quote. Very reliable. Recommended.

We had quartz kitchen surface fitted. L&W did all the preparation. They then came back and re-commissioned the cooker, sink and appliances. They were so flexible when things went wrong. L&W got the project started and finished. They worked around other tradesmen and the had the expertise to solve issues. Great service and top quality work. We've used them before and we'll use them again! A worthy 10 rating!

The central heating system had a leak under the floorboards. Steve and Jordan came to redo the pipe work. Steve took time to explain the process and how long it would take and they did a thorough job, replacing all the pipe work and flushing the system to make sure everything was working properly before they left. I would have no hesitation in recommending L&W Heating and Plumbing Ltd for any future work.

Stephen was a very pleasant and polite gentleman who got straight onto the job in hand. My basin tap in my bathroom was damaged and beyond repair, so Stephen fitted a new set of taps, and did so perfectly. Stephen also went the extra mile in adding a feature that would prevent the likelihood of a repeat performance. I have also booked Stephen to carry out another job, this time in my kitchen. I trust Stephen’s skill and ability completely and would highly recommend. This is a family owned business, and they were tremendous from the minute I first rang to seek their help. A massive thank you!
