  High standard of work

  L&M Interiors recently replaced our downstairs toilet, sink and radiator, plus new tiling and flooring. The quote and choosing the materials was straightforward and the work itself was done to a high standard, including keeping the place clean between working days. We had quite a short timeframe to get the work done which they managed to accommodate. Overall, very pleased, and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

  Great team, zero problems getting a visit and quote, no high pressure sales of pushing towards the products of choice. booking work was smooth, confirmed time and dates, agreed prices which were very reasonable for the amount of work. Plumbers who carried out work were polite, quiet and very tidy, work carried out to a fantastic standard, made sure we were happy at each stage, never felt rushed or ignored. I would definitely recommend L&M to anyone wanting hassle free work to a high standard.

  Last minute payment demands of full deposit - Job cancelled red flags!

  After multiple emails, three site visits, and two quotes, they only told me the late afternoon before, when everything was ordered and arranged for the works to begin and at 8:30am on the actual workday, that they required 50% upfront by cash or bank transfer. They would not accept stage payments or card payments , demanded cash/bank transfer only, offering me no protection., card payment refused. The job didn’t go ahead due to this last-minute demand. I feel extremely let down after all the months of planning

  We have clear payment terms in place and for a reason: firstly, to protect us as a business, and secondly, to protect you as the consumer. You refused these terms and because of this we were unable to begin the job.

  Reliable and friendly

  Matt and the guys at LM were fantastic, they were on time every day, worked hard and always gave us updates and showed us the progress of the work. Even after the work was completed with some minor defects, they dropped everything and fixed them instantly. I would 100% recommend L&M and I am in fact getting them in to now refit my En-suite!
