  Very Unreliable

  Stated they could work to our deadline. then delayed as other jobs taking priority, then had, hospital and more every morning. we were very understanding but hit a limit being 2 weeks past our deadline causing delays on the whole house by a month minimum. one of two mornings they did some work they bought wrong material for the task, and was done using materials from another contractor on site. then chose to not do anything else that day being there > 1hour with other work they could still do. Minimal prep work was done, and nothing was completed. was strung along, very unreliable.

  Thanks for the feedback Rowan. I didnt start the first day due to having the flu. I then got rushed to hospital as I hurt my back and couldn't feel my left leg. You was never strung along as I told you saturday morning I wouldnt make monday and gave you plenty of time to assign someone else to the job, you then decided to message me monday morning and ask if I was showing up so you clearly didnt read your messages properly. Yes we bought the wrong material but the plumber decided to then say he can use it so not to worry. You seem to forget as well the material bill you havent paid.

  Carpentry work

  Installing of high level shelf and extra support for wardrobe rail. Fitting door stops and sanitary fittings to bathroom. Very happy with job carried out. It was minor work but still carried out very professionally and value for money.

  Bungalow ceilings

  Would definitely recommend went above and beyond. Arrived when they said they would. On time throughout the job and kept us undated on progress. Very pleased with level of work done.

  Skim coat and bond above stairwell & landing.

  Responsive and clear communication, with expectations set early on cost and timeline for full work. Turned up on time and completed the work making sure no mess was left. Additional guidance provided on post work completion on when to start decorating. Would highly recommend & will be using again for future work.
