    After receiving a WhatsApp message at 1.30am on a Sun morning to confirm that the job would still go ahead, I booked the day off work and moved all the furniture out of the bedroom onto the landing, to recieve a message an hour before they were due to arrive that they couldn't make it, but would try and get over later in the day. Never heard back. Poor customer service

    I hired Fire and Flood Renovation for some partition wall installation and a refurbishment project. They were professional, on schedule, and the quality of their work was outstanding. I’m very pleased with the outcome, and I’ll definitely be using them again for future projects.

    Plaster bathroom roof

    Needed roof plastered quickly so I could paint. They replied quickly and came out. From job post to complete 2.5 working days. Will use again.
