Excellent.. clean and also when the taps I brought were wrong Jon fixed that too .. so pleased ..

John and Wills replaced some galvanised water pipes in the loft, added isolation taps to the bath, sink and toilet cistern and replaced the mains water tap. All work was carried out in a very professional manner within a few days of contacting them. They were very polite and tidied up well when they had finished. I will certainly use them again.

Excellent service from the beginning to the end. Contact made immediately and professionally , John went out of his way to get the parts straight away and work hard to resolve the problem quickly and as cheap as possible, he could of just said we required a new boiler but worked hard on resolving the problem for us without taking advantage. We felt he was completely trustworthy and personable and loved that it was a family business and his son is in training. Two very polite, professional people and would recommend anytime.

John provided a superb service at short notice. His communication prior to the job was excellent. He informed us the day before the time he expected to arrive and contacted us again on the day with an update. John quickly and efficiently got us up and running again for a very fair price and it was a thoroughly pheasant and trouble free experience. I would recommend John to anyone requiring plumbing services and would definitely request his help again in the future

John and Will have continued to do various types of general building, maintenence and plumbing since 2023 and they will always be my go too tradesman. They are always knowledgeable, hardworking, clean, professional, flexible and adaptable. The bathroom was very old and tired and needed a great deal of work. I project managed the renovation of our main bathroom (including bath, electric shower, toilet, sink, flooring, panelling and decoration) with John and Will being very patient with me. They work very hard to ensure the project is done to the clients expectation.

A new central heating system was installed in my tenanted property and both my tenant and myself were highly impressed by the speed and professionalism we encountered by John and his son at Lampeters.The works were completed to the very highest standard and all the team were charming and friendly throughout.
