Our garage floor needed fixing. The team advised what would be suitable to do the job properly, were clear about how to fix it for long term results. They assessed the site and managed to fit our small job in quite promptly. Communication was great at all stages and the team worked solidly. They were punctual, friendly and did a great job. We were recommended to Lakes Builders by friends that had previously used their services and highly recommended them. Our project was a full kitchen refurbishment including supply and fitting the kitchen, electrics & plumbing and new flooring. The works carried out ran very smoothly and was managed by bill very well, making sure we were kept up to date with every part of the process. To have a full concept to completion service without any problems was just amazing. Can't fault Billy and the team. They were punctual and tidy through out the project and communication was excellent. Very happy with the standard of work and the level of care taken and very happy with the end result.
