We had a complete downstairs renovation. New kitchen,new floor,new radiators and fully decorated. Billy and his team did a fantastic job very clean and quick. A great professional firm and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Bill did a fantastic job of our home extension. We ran in to several problems along the way and he found solutions to them all, each time ensuring the design was solid before progressing. The project included steels underground, new foundations as well as building on an existing extension, fitting a bathroom, painting and Bill managed the project from start to finish. We had regular updates on progress and Bill was always quick to answer our queries. All tradespeople who worked on the project were professional and friendly. The team at Lakes completely redid our bathroom, taking it back to bare brick, changing plumbing and electrics and building out boxing around a complex array of existing pipework. The finished product is beautiful with and excellent finish with superb attention to detail as always.

This is the second time I have been using Lakes Carpentry and Builders. Bill Lakes always deliver his project in the promised time line and within the quoted price. 5 days start to finish.Very organised and clean work. I will use him again.

Our garage floor needed fixing. The team advised what would be suitable to do the job properly, were clear about how to fix it for long term results. They assessed the site and managed to fit our small job in quite promptly. Communication was great at all stages and the team worked solidly. They were punctual, friendly and did a great job. I would recommend them.
