Our garage floor needed fixing. The team advised what would be suitable to do the job properly, were clear about how to fix it for long term results. They assessed the site and managed to fit our small job in quite promptly. Communication was great at all stages and the team worked solidly. They were punctual, friendly and did a great job. I would recommend them.

We were recommended to Lakes Builders by friends that had previously used their services and highly recommended them. Our project was a full kitchen refurbishment including supply and fitting the kitchen, electrics & plumbing and new flooring. The works carried out ran very smoothly and was managed by bill very well, making sure we were kept up to date with every part of the process. To have a full concept to completion service without any problems was just amazing. We will definitely be using Lakes Builders again in the future.

Can't fault Billy and the team. They were punctual and tidy through out the project and communication was excellent. Very happy with the standard of work and the level of care taken and very happy with the end result. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend.

Following a call with Bill, he came to the house to discuss the work. Bill came across as very knowledgeable, experienced, helpful and polite. The refurbishment started in June and just finished - all done to a very high standard. Bill managed the whole project and his team (electrician, plumbers, plasterers) brilliantly, keeping me up to date on progress and working around my nightmare schedule! Zane was also very polite and hard working. Bill does not cut corners and is a perfectionist. If we require further such work, he will be at the top of my list to call. Cannot recommend them enough!
