    Installing a new lock on patio doors as key lost

    I contacted Lady Locksmith and they sorted out the patio lock really quickly after the original key had been lost. Carol replaced the barrel for me. She was professional, friendly and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this company.

    lock changing

    I accidentally tried to open my front door from the outside when my wife had left her key in the same lock on the inside. This resulted in the door not locking properly. My wife rang Lady Locksmith and, as they had just finished a job locally, they agreed to come straight round. They identified the problem immediately and installed a new lock straight away. From making the phone call to having a new lock in less than half an hour. A fantastic service and I thoroughly recommend them.

    Front door wouldn’t lock

    My front door wouldn’t lock so I was ringing around to get quotes I didn’t get paid for four days carol got back to me and came and fixed my door even though I had no money to pay her till I got paid , her and her colleague were so lovely I just think it goes to show what an amazing lady and company she runs she didn’t have to do what she did she doesn’t know me but she trusted me and carried out the work as she didn’t feel easy having my house not secure just an amazing lady can’t thank you again for what you did

    Broken lock

    Due to a broken lock I wasn't able to gain access to my house. Carol and Joyce turned up within 20 mins and replaced the lock quickly. Both friendly and professional and Carol is extremely knowledgeable! Lifesavers!
