We had a very positive experience with lovely Carol, who replaced our front door cylinder after it had been left damaged by another locksmith. We were locked out late and chose a cheaper “sponsored” Google result, which turned out to be a scam, and costed 7x the initially promised price we were given over the phone. The person was unskilled and left chips and marks on our door. Carol came the next day, fixed everything properly, and corrected the poor workmanship. Professional, kind, reliable, and clearly experienced - we only wish we had gone with her first.

Brilliant service, friendly, efficient, quick, good value

Brilliant service from Carol and her team. Changed locks after we moved house, very flexible on timing which really helped on a busy day, and added a much more secure lock. Would 100% use Lady Locksmith again!
