10 Pre-Purchase Inspection - FANTASTIC service!

Fantastic service! James and the team were so helpful. They made it entirely clear what they would do, how they would do it, and how much they'd charge to do it! They arranged with the agent for a visit and conducted it very efficiently. Even when there were issues with access to parts of the property (which was not their fault), they handled everything professionally. Results arrived quicker than expected and in a clear and easy to digest report. They made a potentially stressful situation easy to deal with. We are accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) to ISO 17020 (Inspection 0253) & ISO 17025 (Testing 0671)

Our accreditation was awarded in 1984 when the accreditation body was known as NATLAS. The company has undergone a number of name changes for the purposes of rebranding and changes of ownership but has maintained its senior management and analytical field staff.

We have been trading for 30years. During this time our clients have included government departments, British and American military bases, local authorities, hospitals, hotels & utilities (National Grid, NLGA, Morrison). We also carry out work in the private sector for both industrial (e.g. retail, social housing) and domestic (e.g. private individuals) clients.
