Fantastic service! James and the team were so helpful. They made it entirely clear what they would do, how they would do it, and how much they'd charge to do it! They arranged with the agent for a visit and conducted it very efficiently. Even when there were issues with access to parts of the property (which was not their fault), they handled everything professionally. Results arrived quicker than expected and in a clear and easy to digest report. They made a potentially stressful situation easy to deal with. Highly recommended!
