Alarm no good, Kirk sorting a replacement

Excellent service and communication. Kirk fitted a new alarm, installation was quick and exactly what we wanted. They were professional and reliable. I would definitely recommend their company.

I contacted Kirk this morning and he was with me by mid afternoon, giving me updates on his progress to my address. I have an old system and he immediately saw it was a problem with the battery which he replaced. Tested the system, all good. Highly recommend Kirk if you have a problem, a genuine tradesman.

KW security responded promptly when I first posted the job. A phonecall soon followed where pictures were shared before a quote for the work soon followed. A date was agreed and the work was carried out to a high standard. Overall, we were very happy with the communication, price and the quality of the job. Highly recommend.

KW Fire & Security were selected for the installation of our home alarm and CCTV system as the survey and quote was the best provided in terms of options and cost. Kirk was able to arrange the install soon after the quote was accepted, so we didn't have to wait more than 2 weeks. The service provided was very professional, and the work was completed to high standard. Once complete, a full demonstration of the alarm and CCTV systems and apps were given before leaving. I have already recommended KW Security to others and will be using again in future if we require more services. Thanks again.
