10 Silencing old alarm, removing and replacing 2 new fire alarms

Amazing service from K W Security! I came home to my fire alarm chirping and could not resolve myself. Kirk responded to my enquiry within 5 mins of me posting in the evening and was available to fix the next morning. Communicated out of hours initially to establish issue, let me know in the AM he was en route with new fire alarms and then was polite, friendly and super efficient at removing old alarms and setting up new ones. Ensured I had the paperwork / guarantees for the new alarms etc. Really excellent company, would highly recommend and definitely use again. 10 Full re-wire

This is the third time I have worked with John and once again 10/10. From pre-job communication, punctuality, discussing options throughout the project and neatness with which he works...can't fault it. After 2 smaller jobs at my house, John has just completed a full re-wire. I was prepared for a lot of disruption and mess - delighted to say that was not the case. 10 Problem finding an unknown issue with the electrics.

After confirming an appointment with 2 week wait-time, John was able to move my appointment sooner due to issues with electrics in my house. Communication pre-appointment was responsive and clear. John was on time, helpful, able to pin point the issues and advise on what was needed and the follow up requirements.
