10 Dishwasher repair

Sasjmir was so efficient and dedicated to finding the problem with our dishwasher failing to drain. He was held up in traffic on a difficult traffic jam day, but despite it being 5:30pm he investigated everything and would not leave until he'd found the reason. A pump. We could request one from Blomberg under warranty and he would fit it included in today's labour cost. So reassuring. Such a knowledgeable, helpful and kind gentleman. Job location: PO18Another company let us down last minute with our commercial dishwasher install but Sajmir came to the rescue. He was able to visit the next morning, arrived at the time he said and worked quickly to install the machine. He then stayed on to fix a broken plug which wasn't even his responsibility. Highly recommend and will be using him again.
