Sajmir was fast and efficient. Although he was unable to fix the problem due to thermo being inside the body of system. He explained the problems and also defrosted the whole system and cleaned up well.

Sajmir was polite and punctual, located the problem and fixed it at the agreed price . Would definitely use again .

The engineer came out on a bank holiday and attended to the diswasher, which was unfortunately broken beyond repair. However he kindly disconnected the appliance and helped me move it outside.

Sajmir was very professional, friendly and diagnosed the problem promptly. He explained it to me and then said what he was proposing to do. He did the job quickly and respectfully tidied up and made area good again. I would highly recommend their service.

Initially responsive to my request and went to the property to have a look and advised he would source a new extractor fan. Three weeks later and numerous phone calls to him I got a date for the job. As it was a rental property I called him a couple of days later to see if he had attended and he hung up the phone. Complete waste of my time, totally unreliable and terrible communication.
