    Log burner install

    Booked this company to install a log burner during our extension. Despite delays, they advised going ahead and promised to return to finish once works were complete. They commissioned it while the area was still unfinished with exposed joists and brickwork, then completely ghosted us. Months of calls and messages were ignored, leaving us with an incomplete job and extra costs to put it right. After we complained, they claimed we had disconnected it ourselves, which is untrue as it was never fully installed. I would strongly advise others to avoid.

    Work carried out very efficiently by Kieran and his colleague, came round to quote and was round to fit the stove a couple of weeks later, couldn't of asked for anything better, made up. Quick call after it was complete with instructions on how to use the stove, very professional highly recommend
