    Good job on the face of it, but he does not send a hetas cert as advertised, and ignores messages when I requested it.

    Tried to call customer countless times, Hetas website is updating and there’s a delay on certificates being processed totally out of our hands unfortunately, if you answered we could have explained this sorry Tim

    They did a great job from start to finish ,they arrived on time and got on with the job ,and very nice polite lads ,couldn't do enough for me and I'm made up with my log burner . And very reasonabley priced .
