    Wood Stove Installation

    Work carried out very efficiently by Kieran and his colleague, came round to quote and was round to fit the stove a couple of weeks later, couldn't of asked for anything better, made up. Quick call after it was complete with instructions on how to use the stove, very professional highly recommend

    No HETAS certificate received

    Work was done and paid or however haven't received my HETAS certificate as I was advised I would, after repeatedly messaging, now receiving no response.

    Hetas website was updating all there systems at the time longer the Hetas expected it to take up to 4 weeks and was longer so there’s a delay on certificates being processed totally out of our hands unfortunately, if you answered our call or even rang Hetas like I say to all my customers if the certificate doesn’t come in 2/3 week we could have explained this. I can confirm or can you please confirm the certificate has now arrived as the review should also be updated stating that you have now in fact got a certificate for your stove/ liner
