  Non-firing boilder in the coldest week of the year and Karime came when he said and rectified the issues without fuss. A new heating zone value and pump were needed and he also removed an airlock that had formed that bleeding the radiators had not resolved. We called him at 5pm on a Thursday and if we hadn't got an immersion heater and electric radiators he would have come out then. He said he'd come first thing the next day and he was with us at 8am. We found him to be knowledgeable, honest and straightforward, and he didn't immediately try to sell us a new boilder like some would.

  I called Karime in the morning and he was around within a few hours which I was really impressed with. I would highly recommend Karime - he was a really nice guy and very fair with his pricing. I would have Karime back in a heart beat and I would be very happy to support his business. I was very grateful for his help as it initially started out as a stressful morning!
