  Boiler fitting and system unblocking

  Kareem was nothing short of great. He installed a new boiler, replaced some faulty parts and got everything up and running. There was a blockage in the system which had caused the problem which British Gas failed to diagnose. Kareem worked tirelessly to resolve and got it working. Great person, great attitude and got us sorted.

  Repairing kitchen taps by replacing internal cartridges

  The appointment was made for the Friday 21st but the engineer could come on the Thursday if that suited me which great. He then released that the wrong parts was sent by his suppliers so he fitted what he had to tied me over till the right parts came. The right parts came on the Saturday he then came that evening and fitted them much quicker than I expected. A quick professional and friendly service I would definitely recommend them.

  boiler failure due to faulty flue combustion unit

  My experience with KR Plumbing was nothing short of outstanding. From my first conversation I was put at ease and given confidence that a thorough investigation would be done to identify the issue. Once this issue was identified, Kimou persevered and went above and beyond to get our heating and hot water back on! I could see his determination and care taken with his work and I am so pleased with the success. I would use and recommend KR Plumbing without a shadow of doubt.
