  I called Karime in the morning and he was around within a few hours which I was really impressed with. I would highly recommend Karime - he was a really nice guy and very fair with his pricing. I would have Karime back in a heart beat and I would be very happy to support his business. I was very grateful for his help as it initially started out as a stressful morning!

  Service boiler and replace a broken radiator thermostat.

  Karim booked the appointment for the following day and arrived at the time booked. Karim was very good at explaining what would be done to the boiler and notified me of some minor issues. I was happy with Karim to return to replace the radiator thermostat and fix the minor issues. The service appears to have sorted out the minor issues we had with the boiler, and more than happy to recommend KR Plumbing.

  Kareem came within minutes to sort out an emergency problem witg my boiler which took place at night. He was extremely patient and helpful and was able to restore order quickly. Thank you!
