Karime replaced a faulty bath mixer tap and connections and a seized ballcock . Same day service communicated every stage of job very proficent gas safety engineer very meticulous and professional, a 1 stop service for anything gas/plumbing related.

Highly recommend Karime who is an honest, polite and friendly man. He arrived on time and moved the existing gas pipe so that it wouldn't obstruct the installation of my new oven. He even helped us make alterations to the oven housing unit. Great all round service at a great price!

Contacted for help with my boiler that had stopped working. Good communication from the very beginning. Issue identified promptly & explained. Expected costs & time to fix were advised. The service was timely and friendly. I was contacted within 10 mins of putting my request on Check a Trade and K came out later that day to restore my heating over the Christmas period. As a customer, you feel that he would go above and beyond “normal” expectations.

I had an issue with my boiler displaying a fault code and no hot water available . The letting agents sent an engineer round who advised the boiler needed replacing. I found Kimou on check a trade and spoke to him Friday evening for a second opinion. Saturday morning he came to the house, diagnosed the fault (faulty fan) and ordered parts. By Tuesday parts arrived and Kimou had the boiler up and running again. I cannot recommend Kimou highly enough. He was quick to get the work done, friendly and knowledgeable. I will be using him for all future plumbing work.
