I had two windows that would not open and initially tried a couple of window companies who were just not interested in the job. I found K&R locksmiths on checkatrade who gave me a quote and did the repair within 2 days. I also discovered they could repair my sliding patio door which was sticking. Ruben from K & R locksmith was very professional, trustworthy and friendly. He arrived on time, did a very good job at changing an old lock. AMAZING CUSTOMER FOCUS... had a very stressful door incident where door would not lock late at night.
