Kyle was very professional and thorough in his diagnosis and subsequent repair of our bi fold door misalignment issue. Additionally he brought a subject matter expert with him to advise on repairs to a large lantern roof that had started to leak. Both Kyle (and colleague Mark) gave me various solution options. Quotes for both jobs were provided quickly and were reasonable. Very pleased thus far. Bifolds are fixed and lantern is awaiting parts.
