  My Vaillant boiler had not been serviced for many years. Ken was recommended by a good friend of mine. Communications to arrange the visit (by email and text message) were timely. On the day Ken arrived on time, was respectful, polite and diligent providing a good service for the boiler and informing me of what was required prior to completing the work. Plan to use KR Heating Services again next year.

  Ken has been most professional throughout our interaction, from his initial response on WA, agreeing an appointment time, arriving on time, carrying out a thorough, no nonsense service whilst maintaining a professional, polite and personable demeanour throughout. My dad will be using his services later this year. Well done Ken!

  Couldn’t recommend Ken more, excellent service and cheapest in our area. He’s done our annual boiler service and was respectful of our home. He’s personable, responsive, reliable and also gave us some little tips about how to best look after the boiler. Thank you, Ken!
