  Ken has been most professional throughout our interaction, from his initial response on WA, agreeing an appointment time, arriving on time, carrying out a thorough, no nonsense service whilst maintaining a professional, polite and personable demeanour throughout.   Couldn’t recommend Ken more, excellent service and cheapest in our area. He’s done our annual boiler service and was respectful of our home. He’s personable, responsive, reliable and also gave us some little tips about how to best look after the boiler. Thank you, Ken!

  New boiler installed

  Another great job completed by Ken and at short notice when boiler finally died. Great communication regarding options and fitted boiler into a cupboard that housed previous boiler which was a must. Ken is always very responsive, gives honest advice and help. Always on time and leaves everything tidy. I happily recommend Ken!

  I was given Ken’s number for a small job I needed, within a couple of hours he had attended the property sorted the issue out, sent me photos to confirm, at a very competitive price. Communication has been brilliant, really nice guy very friendly and super helpful, totally recommend. 10/10
