Ken carried out a boiler service for us and provided excellent service. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The work was completed efficiently and everything clearly explained we would definitely recommend him and will be using his services again.

My Vaillant boiler had not been serviced for many years. Ken was recommended by a good friend of mine. Communications to arrange the visit (by email and text message) were timely. On the day Ken arrived on time, was respectful, polite and diligent providing a good service for the boiler and informing me of what was required prior to completing the work. Plan to use KR Heating Services again next year.
