Richard came in to loook at the Air Conditioning system in our restaurant, as it was faulty. He was friendly, professional and fixed the problem. Really tidy when working and very understanding when we had to opne the doors and let customers in. Great service! Also gave excellent advice on how to avoid issues in the future. Richard came highly recommend from a friend. We worked out was required in our initial meeting. The wall mounted units we wanted to fit in with the aesthetics arrived a week later and were installed on the same day by Richard and Ben. The work was neat and tidy. Richard was very easy to work with. He spend a considerable amount of time with us explaining our various options before he prepared our quote and was very happy to fully answer any of our queries. Richard and Ben's work is impeccable. They are as delightful as they are competent.
