We found Richard at Kool Touch when we needed to replace another vendor who would not stand by his quote when the full house remodel started. Richard found us a solution at the price point we wanted. We replaced all the radiators with individually controllable units in each room that provide heat or AC. Richard installed 13 units plus 3 outside master units. Our general contractor told us Richard was much better than previous vendor because Richard immediately spotted and understood the tricky parts of the rebuild and knew how to get the installation done right. The end result is great!

Richard and David were very professional, polite and left the area they were working in very clean and tidy. He has a refreshing attitude, when so many people want the minimum amount of work for the most amount of money. "Old school " values go a long way. I can see why he is so highly rated.

Richard installed a Mitsubishi electric LN series multi split AC system for me, with 2 internal units and 1 external. I am very happy with the installation, which was done quickly and with high attention to detail. I think the installation looks great overall and it works incredibly efficiently. Richard from Kool Touch was excellent from start to finish. He supplied and installed a new 5kW Mitsubishi Heavy Industries split unit at my property and did a brilliant job throughout. The work carried out by Richard and his team was spot on. Plenty of care was taken so as to avoid unnecessary damage to surrounding walls and decoration. The unit was commissioned into service and a full demonstration and instruction of the use of the unit was given. Richards team also carried out maintenance and repairs to an existing aircon system within my property. I would definitely use Richards services again and highly recommend him.
