  A company that does what it says they will do.

  From the first enquiry to the finished job all members of the company were polite, friendly, and informative that confirmed the decision to use them was justified. Survey was thorough and full explanation of the recommendation being made was given with no rush and time to ask questions. All appointments were honoured at the time first agreed which made it easy for us to plan ahead. The price was competitive and valuw for money. Canthoroughly recommend Kooka Developments Ltd.

  Excellent work carried out by Kooka

  Sales advisor visited the site and the work to be carried out was discussed in detail. Quotation for the work was received within a few days and was very competitive. Engineer arrived on site earlier than stated time slot and set up the equipment. Engineer explained the process and completed the work with time frame. All work area was cleaned by Engineer prior to leaving. Would use Kooka again and recommend to others

  Cavity wall installation

  Very good experience once we had ascertained a convenient time for the survey to be completed. The surveyor was professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects of building and wall construction, gleaning on past experience as a builder. He was approachable and answered all our questions. The man that actually installed the insulation was so friendly and efficient and hopefully did a good job, can’t wait until the winter to test out the efficiency of the insulation. All in all a lovely company to work with.

  CAVITY WALL INSULATION

  the whole process was excellent. Any mess was cleaned up and the area looked as it had before the insulation. The man who did the job was polite, friendly and very helpful. He even helped me spread something over my pot plants to protect them . I can recommend Kooka unreservedly.
