Although we had believed our house to have had Cavity Wall Insulation some years ago, a survey by Kooka proved to us that the previous Government/homeowner deal was totally inadequate. No wonder we had a cold house. After the survey, by Jake, Kooka quoted a very acceptable quote. Due to a cancellation elsewhere, we had our insulation job done within just weeks of initial contact. John was absolutely a star, and took us through a very painless process at installation. We must thank Kooka for being so accomodating and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Kooka's survey showed the attic needed more insulation to make the house more energy efficient. Estimate was good value and the subsequent work was carried out to a high standard. At all times comms were great and I strongly recommend this company.

We live in a 1929 built semi with solid nine inch brick walls with the difficulty of getting to and maintaining a comfortable temperature over the winer months. So we decided to look into external wall insulation. After several quotes we decided to get Kooka Developments to do the work. Not the cheapest but still competitive and recommended by a friend. The whole project took around six days to complete with breaks for the awful weather. I'm really impressed with Roman and the lads who carried out the work. Their attention to detail was great and I'm extremely happy with the overall finish.

Wall insulation installed on the coldest day of the year, making a noticeable effect within a couple of hours an we are no longer waking up in an ice box. Since installation, smart meter readings suggest a 20-25% cost reduction. Very happy!
