We hired Kooka to apply external wall insulation to our 1930 solid-walled house which initially had a bit of a damp issue and failed to keep hold of its heat. We chose Kooka because they were willing to really get into the detail of doing the job properly - for example in avoiding thermal bridges - where other contractors came up short. The work itself was done really well - everything about the exterior now looks much smarter than it did - and the work has addressed the damp problems. The house already feels warmer and our energy use is down significantly. I would not hesitate in recommending

The whole experiance from Richard the surveyor to John the installer was excellent. John turned up on time and did an excellent job you can hardley see the holes in the wall after they were filled and plugged. The areas where he worked were left spotless. I can highly recomend Kooka Developments Ltd.

Really impressed with the service from Kooka. The sales team answered all our questions about the different types of insulation and the pros and cons of each. The quote was very competitive too. The work was done to a high standard. The holes were patched up well and are practically invisible. When the insulation was installed, the team washed down the windows and paths to remove the brick dust. We can already feel a difference in the house, with the heat being retained longer.

Got in a few quotes to have the house insulated and kooka were the most profesional from the outset. apart from the unavoidable weather delays everything was done quickly and to a very high standard. The finished job is excellent and were very pleased with the results.
