  Chris was super helpful when I called for help. After sending pictures of the problem, he gave a quote immediately. He arranged a visit by Andy, within two hours to fix two blocked pond pumps. Very, very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

  Communication was excellent and prompt . Andy turned up on time and kept me fully informed about what he was doing Work carried out with care and not rushed and as originally agreed, with np extra surprisess. An excellent friendly service where nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend without hesitation.

  From the start dealing with Chris to arrange the visit to Andy attending has been first class. A good check of my water and then the fish was great and Andy explaining everything. 100% will use again.

  They did a fab job, were very knowledgeable, knew what was needed git in with it and are sorting out issues that they found, they treated my elderly mum with respect. They were on time..Happy customers.

  Chris was very thorough and explain his findings as well as the course of action needed. I was left with a clean pond and clear instructions on what was needed to do. He was very responsive on our communications before and after the visit.
