A quick response and investigation into mortalities carried out with great efficiency

I had a pond that hadn’t been cleaned or emptied for nearly a year, so it was well overdue attention. I found Chris on Checkatrade, and he was able to book the job within a few days. Communication was excellent throughout, and he arrived on time and completed everything efficiently. I was really impressed with the quality of his work, and he was a genuinely pleasant and professional person to have around. I’ve arranged for him to return to carry out additional work, including lighting and a filter replacement. We’ll also be buying koi carp from him.

Chris was super helpful when I called for help. After sending pictures of the problem, he gave a quote immediately. He arranged a visit by Andy, within two hours to fix two blocked pond pumps. Very, very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.
