Job location: ST17KNS heating arrived at our house on time and as agreed. all the work was done to a good standard everything was covered and protected . we had a hot water cylinder removed from cupboard and new one insatelled in the loft space. Simon answered my panic-struck call to his number, found via the Gas Safe Register. His prompt arrival to stop water gushing from the boiler, on one of the first bitterly cold days of this winter was invaluable He was courteous, knowledgeable and informative whilst diagnosing the problem. He kept me informed about ordering parts, expected delivery and subsequent delays that were outside his control. Full heating restored after a chilly wait for parts.
