Simon responded quickly and came to our rescue. He condemned our boiler after our alarm had been going off. He then was able to rearrange another client to get us a replacement boiler quicker so we weren't without heating. Super helpful and reliable.

KNS heating arrived at our house on time and as agreed. all the work was done to a good standard everything was covered and protected . we had a hot water cylinder removed from cupboard and new one insatelled in the loft space. Highly recommend Simon and team.

Simon answered my panic-struck call to his number, found via the Gas Safe Register. His prompt arrival to stop water gushing from the boiler, on one of the first bitterly cold days of this winter was invaluable He was courteous, knowledgeable and informative whilst diagnosing the problem. He kept me informed about ordering parts, expected delivery and subsequent delays that were outside his control. Full heating restored after a chilly wait for parts. There’s no oversell, no catastrophising, no anxious chasing up; clean working, expertise, communication and follow ups = priceless

Simon is good at communicating & explained how the work would be carried out. He had correctly diagnosed the problem previously based on information I had given him. The quote supplied was reasonable & no extra charges were added. Both Simon & he’s vehicle were well presented, clean & tidy.
