10 Leaking Toilet

Job location: SG14Woke up 3 days before Christmas to find our downstairs bathroom flooded, water coming through the ceiling and running down the wall. Reached out here and Knowles Property were the first to get in touch and I'm very thankful they did. They came and isolated the issue, fixed the issue and recommended action to prevent reoccurrence. Our toilet had a sudden leak 4 days before Xmas! Luke responded very quickly, quoted up the job on the phone and was round the next day! Fair price, for the call out charge and the part! I had my old toilet, pedestal sink, radiator and bath panel removed and all replaced new. Luke was prompt and very knowledgeable, patient with my many questions and did the job without any fuss.
