  Knowles property services replaced my kitchen tap quickly and efficiently, with no fuss at all. They arrived on time, worked neatly. It’s great to find someone so reliable, I’d definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

  Repaired bathroom ceiling and replaced mastic

  Had two separate jobs done recently - repair of a bathroom ceiling damaged by a leak, and replacement of all the mastic around the bath and shower. Really impressed with the quality of the work. They were reliable, turned up exactly when agreed, worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and were very friendly and professional throughout. The finish was excellent. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again for any future work!

  Great work, both Luke and Lee were very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of useful information while also sorting out the leaks and suggesting appropriate solutions for the future. Top lads! Highly recommend.
