  Andrew was great to deal with - clear communication and arrived on time. Unfortunately our boiler was beyond repair but he provided clarity on the issue, how and why it happened and next steps.

  Mark was fantastic - great/clear comms, including requesting photos of the sink ahead of providing a quote. Pricing was transparent ahead of a time, so no surprises when it came to paying.
