    Fantastic! He asked me for more details upfront to help him prepare which made a great first impression. He arrived on time on a Saturday morning (slightly early in fact), was very friendly, diagnosed and repaired the fault in no time at all!

About Kmacdomestics

Hi, I'm John — the proud owner of Kmacdomestics, a rapidly growing domestic appliance repair business I founded in 2023. While Kmacdomestics is still young, my experience in the industry runs deep.

I'm a fully qualified white goods engineer with hands-on experience working for major companies such as Hoover-Candy, where I spent over three years honing my skills. I'm also a certified compressed gas engineer, a qualification I earned during my time with the Beko/Hotpoint Group.

Over the years, I've repaired thousands of machines and can confidently say it's rare for me to come across a fault I haven’t seen before. I'm an engineer who takes pride in repairing rather than replacing — because I believe in saving both money and the environment.

At Kmacdomestics, customer satisfaction is my top priority. I thoroughly enjoy what I do, and I’ll always go the extra mile to get your appliances back up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible.


Pricing



  • £50.00 call-out fee, which includes full fault diagnosis of the appliance.
  • Parts are charged separately, but I always aim to keep costs down — I have a strong ability to research and source parts from multiple suppliers at competitive prices.
  • £20.00 per hour labor fee only applies if the repair takes more than an hour, though this is rare as I work quickly and efficiently.
