10 Fridge freezer leaking

Job location: WN1Our smeg fridge freezer was collected water about a litre a week. I knew it was a blocked hole but this was a sealed unit. I called him and he responded straight away came within a suitable time to suit us and fixed the issue immediately. 1st class work. Highly recommend.- KKimberly W
10 Washing machine broke down, I thought it might be the brushes but it was the motor.

John visited on Friday evening, removed and inspected the brushes, but they were OK. He then tested machine and discovered the motor needed replacing, gave me a quote before proceeding. Although, delivery of the part was later than expected. John returned on Monday after receiving delivery and repaired the machine in a blink of an eye. come out to fix my tumble dryer and the service was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, communicated clearly throughout, and always arrived exactly when he said he would. The quality of his work was really impressive, and everything was handled with care and attention. Hi, I'm John — the proud owner of Kmacdomestics, a rapidly growing domestic appliance repair business I founded in 2023.
While Kmacdomestics is still young, my experience in the industry runs deep.
I'm a fully qualified white goods engineer with hands-on experience working for major companies such as Hoover-Candy, where I spent over three years honing my skills.
I'm also a certified compressed gas engineer, a qualification I earned during my time with the Beko/Hotpoint Group.
Over the years, I've repaired thousands of machines and can confidently say it's rare for me to come across a fault I haven’t seen before.
I'm an engineer who takes pride in repairing rather than replacing — because I believe in saving both money and the environment.
