He took a thorough look at our fridge freezer as the fridge compartment wasn’t cooling.
After checking everything over, he explained the problem and advised that unfortunately there was no way to successfully fix it long term.
He was really helpful, and even took a look at an additional problem with our oven whilst there and provided very reasonable quotes for repairs.

I can’t praise John enough, he was very prompt ringing me within 30 minutes to arrange a visit.
He quickly identified the problem and fixed the fault.

Kmacdomestics gave the last rites to my machine. No fake repair quotes. Called round after messaging me he was in the area. Condemned Washing Machine as repair being not worth it. No charge for what was 20mins of his time. Will definitely use him in future. Highly recommended.
