I'm really glad I chose John to advise me after my integrated washing machine flooded the kitchen. He arrived when agreed after responding quickly and was really helpful.The machine was beyond economical repair and you could tell he was genuinely disappointed for me.He gave great advice and showed me photos of the fault, also removed the washing machine to the garden.great customer service and knowledge of different brands, would use again and have recommended him to my family.

John arranged to call at my house within a few hours of my initial contact. He was very efficient and polite. He worked very hard to repair my washing machine and was determined to repair and not unnecessarily replace. He also identified a small leak which he fixed all within an hour. His rates are very reasonable in my opinion. I would highly recommend John to repair any white goods.

John was booked in on the Friday evening. He arrived at the agreed time the following morning and diagnosed the issue almost immediately. All fixed within the hour and, as an added bonus, gave advice on another appliance that wasn’t running quite right. Top bloke, highly recommended

John was contacted late at night regarding my washing machine repair , I recieved a message back within minutes and he came the next day as promised . He got straight to work and made the discovery that one of the elements were burnt out , he ordered the part straight away and informed me when the delivery of the part would arrive to arrange him to come back . Absolutely excellent service , very polite and knows his job well with the added bonus of being very reasonable price wise . I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again in the future !

John went above and beyond to diagnose a problem with my dishwasher. Great communication all round, polite and knowledgeable. Definitely recommended.
