I have used K Jones Electrical several times over the years and have found them most helpful, reliable, reasonably priced with a high standard of workmanship. Recently Louis fitted an additional twin socket and sorted two small electrical jobs for me. Delighted with the service, as always. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Just wanted to say that Andy did a fantastic job in installing our outdoor Garden Socket. Was friendly and carried out the work fantastically and tidied everything up as well. Kept us in the loop of what was happening etc.. Thank you!

I have used their company twice.,once to fit a new light and once to track down a fault. Both young men who came were pleasant and polite, worked quickly and efficiently and explained any problems clearly. I will be using them again!

Fantastic - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Electrician (Andy) turned up promptly, was really clear about what he was doing and the best way of doing the job, and was really neat and tidy. Light looks great. Really appreciate the care taken and the responsiveness given it was only a fairly small job. Communication great.

I needed an electrical safety certificate for a rented flat.

After inspecting my flat there were several areas that needed updating and fixing in order to issue an EICR. As I have used the firm before I was quite confident to agree to the quote for having everything done. As always, they were friendly, efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

K Jones Electrical has been trading for 18 years previous to that Kevin's father David traded in the Wealden area as a sole trader from 1969. He was qualified as an electrician in 1966, what a year! Kevin was taken on as his apprentice in 1987 and they spent 6 years working together.

Kevin then left to join a lighting maintenance company and worked for them for 10 years and worked his way up to Area Manager. Now Louis, Kevin's son has started his apprenticeship with his father.

We also have several fully qualified electricians that work for the company, 2 of which are qualified to install solar PV. We believe in investing in our staff and keep all their qualifications up to date and we have highly motivated staff who work extremely hard.

We are a Christian company who believe in being 100% honesty in all our business dealings. We believe we provide an exceptional customer service with good communication skills and a very high standard of workmanship is expected from all.

WHATS UP, WITH WATTS UP SOLAR?

We used to be known as Watts Up Solar but our customers found this extremely confusing therefore we have taken the decision to go back to our roots and re-name the business back to K Jones Electrical. We are still using the Watts Up Solar company as our Ltd name but we are officially known as Watts Up Solar t/a K Jones Electrical. There is no change to our Solar customers and we will still honour all our many installations.

Governing Bodies are NIC/EIC fully approved contractors. We choose NIC/EIC because they uphold the highest standard and we believe that we need to aim high in every area of our business.

The range our work we undertake take are as follows:

Emergency call-out for Electrical faults. Re-wires. New Builds. Lighting design for Commercial, Domestic Industrial Solar PV and Electrical. Small scale PV and large scale PV.CCTV. Cat 5 wiring.
